Hotel Terms & Policies

Please read our check-in guidelines, cancellation terms, couples policies, and guest ID rules to ensure a smooth stay.

Critical ID Notice

As per Indian government guidelines, every guest above 18 years of age must present a physical government ID upon arrival. Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID are accepted. Please Note: PAN Cards are NOT accepted as valid address or identity proof.

1Check-in & Check-out Policies

  • Check-in time is from 11:00 AM onwards.
  • Check-out time is before 10:30 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and might incur additional nominal charges.

2Guest Identification Requirements

  • In accordance with government regulations, every guest above 18 years must present a valid government-approved photo ID proof upon check-in (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport).
  • Please note: PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity or address proof.

3Cancellation & Booking Modifications

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to a one-night room charge.

4Couple & Visitor Guidelines

  • Couples are welcome to check in. Local city IDs are accepted in compliance with standard municipal guidelines.
  • Visitors of staying guests are allowed in the lobby area. For room visits, visitors must register at the reception desk with a valid ID.
